Biz Secure Labs Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us") is a cybersecurity company incorporated in India, with its registered office at 4/5/6, Budrukh Road, Mahalaxmi Lawns, Karve Nagar, Pune – 411052, Maharashtra, India. We develop and operate the Krypton Security Platform and related software products.

We collect information you provide directly (name, email, organisation, phone, GSTIN during purchase), information collected automatically (device identifiers, IP addresses, browser type, usage telemetry from the Krypton agent), and information from third parties (payment processors, identity verification services). We do not collect sensitive personal data beyond what is required for cybersecurity product operation.

We use collected data to: (a) deliver and operate the Krypton Security Platform; (b) process payments and issue invoices including GST tax documents; (c) provide technical support and respond to enquiries; (d) send product updates, security alerts, and service notifications; (e) comply with legal obligations under Indian law including IT Act 2000, DPDPA 2023, and applicable RBI/SEBI guidelines; (f) improve our products through aggregated, anonymised analytics.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data with: (a) CCAvenue (Infibeam Avenues Ltd) for payment processing; (b) cloud infrastructure providers for hosting services (data stored in India); (c) government authorities when required by law, court order, or CERT-In directions; (d) professional advisors (lawyers, auditors) under confidentiality obligations.

We retain personal data for the duration of your licence plus 7 years as required under Indian accounting and tax law. Transaction records, GST invoices, and TDS certificates are retained for the statutory period. You may request deletion of non-statutory data at any time.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to: (a) access the personal data we hold about you; (b) correct inaccurate or incomplete data; (c) erasure of your data (subject to statutory retention requirements); (d) nominate a person to exercise rights on your behalf; (e) withdraw consent at any time; (f) file a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India. We implement enterprise-grade security: AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, FIPS 140-2 Level 2 key storage, role-based access control, and mandatory MFA for all internal systems. Certified under ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II.

Krypton Security is an enterprise-only platform. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18 years of age.
