Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer") and Biz Secure Labs Private Limited ("Company", "Krypton"), governing your access to and use of Krypton Security Platform products and services. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to payment of applicable fees and compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to use the Krypton Security software solely for your internal business purposes. The licence is valid for the subscription period purchased and covers the number of endpoints/users specified in your order.

You agree to use Krypton products only for lawful purposes. You must not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software; (b) use the software to attack systems you do not own or have explicit authorisation to test; (c) remove or obscure any proprietary notices; (d) violate India's IT Act 2000, CERT-In guidelines, or any applicable law. Products are licensed for use only on Windows operating systems as specified in product documentation.

Subscriptions are billed annually. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of 18% GST unless stated otherwise. Valid GSTIN is required for B2B purchases. TDS under Section 194J (Professional Services) is applicable. Payments are processed via CCAvenue (Infibeam Avenues Ltd). Failure to pay within 30 days may result in service suspension.

A 14-day proof-of-concept trial is available for qualified organisations. No credit card is required. Trial data is securely deleted upon trial expiry or at your request. We reserve the right to limit or revoke trial access at our discretion.

Enterprise tier customers are entitled to a 99.99% uptime SLA. Standard and Professional tiers carry a 99.9% SLA. Downtime caused by planned maintenance (notified 48h in advance), customer network issues, or force majeure is excluded. Service credits (up to 30% of monthly fee) are available for SLA breaches upon written request within 30 days.

You retain ownership of all data processed through Krypton products. We act as a data processor under your instruction. Security telemetry data is used solely for providing contracted security services. All data is stored in India on ISO 27001-certified infrastructure.

All software, documentation, trade marks, and branding of the Krypton Security Platform are the exclusive property of Biz Secure Labs Private Limited. Your licence does not transfer any intellectual property rights.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. A 30-day money-back guarantee applies to new subscriptions (first purchase only). Refund requests must be submitted to sales@kryptonsecurity.in within 30 days of purchase.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes unresolved within 30 days of good-faith negotiation shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, conducted in Pune, Maharashtra, in English.
